When you delete an Examin8 user account, for whatever reason, Examin8 wants to make sure of two things:
- That it’s really you, not someone else trying to close your account.
- That you’re not leaving anything important behind that you’re going to need later.
Note: This option will delete all your personal data stored by myCBSEguide and Examin8 platforms within 90 days. For security purposes and to prevent any misuse, you cannot use this email address and phone number for new account registration in myCBSEguide and Examin8 for 6 months from the date of deletion.
If you’re sure you want to delete your Examin8 account and all personal information stored by Examin8, follow these steps:
Examin8 – Test Generator App
Follow the steps below to delete your all personal data stored by Examin8 App (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.examin8.exam)
- On the App home screen, click setting (gear icon) on the top right.
- Scroll the page down and click Delete Account.
- Read the Delete Confirmation Text carefully and type “delete” there to confirm.
- Hit the Delete button there and it is done.
Examin8 – Test Generator Web
- On the https://app.examin8.com home screen, click setting (gear icon) on the top right.
- Scroll the page down and click Delete Account.
- Read the Delete Confirmation Text carefully and type “delete” there to confirm.
- Hit the Delete button there and it is done.
What data will be deleted?
All your personal data including email ID, phone number, question papers, student attempts, login credentials and student results will be deleted from our server.
When you delete your Examin8 account, you’ll lose your question papers, students details, study material, batch information and subscriptions. This deletion can take up to 90 days.
Can I Restore it?
NO. Your personal data will be deleted within 90 days and you will never be able to restore it.
Once you hit the delete button to confirm the deletion of your personal data, you’ll not be able to log in to the Examin8 app and website with your registered email ID and phone number for the next 6 months.
